MUSKOGEE AREA

QB:  Jamarian Ficklin – Muskogee

A 4-year starter, “Byrd” enters his fourth season at quarterback having totaled 8,492 yards passing and 91 touchdowns after leading the Roughers to the Class 6A-II state championship and winning Mr. Football Oklahoma honors in 2023. With multiple college offers, Ficklin has committed to Texas State.

RB:  PJ Wallace – Muskogee

After rushing for 3,421 and 32 scores the past two seasons at Bartlesville where he gained 1,693 yards rushing last year, Wallace will solidify the Muskogee offensive scheme as a powerful and quick running back.   

WR: Elijah Thomas – Checotah 

The Wildcat senior has the speed and vision to create offense including 1197 yards receiving while scoring 20 touchdowns last year. Last spring, Thomas reached the podium at the Class 4A state track meet in the 100m, 200m and long jump. OU commit.

OL:  Miguel Chavez – Muskogee

Standing 6-5 and weighing 300 pounds, the quiet leader in the Roughers front line loves to feast on pancakes (blocks). After receiving multiple D-I offers, Chavez has committed to UNLV. 

DL:  Alex Shieldnight – Wagoner 

The OU commit overpowered opposing blockers in 2023 charting 34 tackles for loss including 13 sacks and 83 tackles. Also starting offense at tight end where he made 27 catches, Shieldnight is a physical blocker.

LB:  Kale Charboneau – Wagoner

The field general rarely comes off the field dominating at linebacker with 39 tackles for minus yardage among 114 tackles and 4 interceptions in addition to totaling 2834 yard passing and 22 touchdowns plus 976 yards rushing for 16 scores.

DB: Masyn Wright – Vian  

The Wolverines junior creates game changing highlight reel moments whenever he steps on the field including topping the tackle charts 2023 on top of his offensive production that includes 1000 plus yards rushing the past two years at quarterback.
