Baseball
Hayden Robinson – Eufaula
The Ironheads will look to Robinson to be a leader on and off the field this season. He is a hard worker and always leaves it all on the field.
Ethan Reese – Fort Gibson
Reese will be the ace of the staff this season and he has a lot of experience. Has a live fastball and combos his breaking ball well with it. Defensively, he is a utility player that will primarily play centerfield and shortstop.
James Brasuell – Gore
A junior, James is emerging as a leader on the field and in the locker-room. He hit over .400 as a sophomore. James provides solid defense as the starting shortstop.
Doc Estes – Muskogee
Doc is a junior shortstop and pitcher. He has started for the varsity team as a freshman and sophomore. This season, he will be the top arm on the mound and one of the team’s better hitters. Doc is a great kid and is a member of the Early College program at Muskogee High.
Darren Ledford and Dylan Walden – Oktaha
Darren is a catcher and pitcher. He has a wealth of experience on the biggest stage that should help the Tigers come playoff time. He has signed to play at Connors State College next year. Dylan is the team’s centerfielder. He also brings a lot of experience to the table and has also signed to play at Connors State College next year. Both are left handed bats that anchor the lineup.
Cameron Eakle – Stigler
Cameron is a four-year starting catcher for the Panthers. He hits leadoff on the team and is a really good defensive catcher. Cameron is a leader on this team and is primed to have a big year.
Soccer
Nathan West – Fort Gibson Boys
West is an outstanding soccer player and does a great job at always being ready to help his team.
Lilly Whittmore – Fort Gibson Girls
Playing at keeper, Whittmore is an important piece of the Lady Tiger’s team as they look to make another postseason run.
Hayden Pickering – Hilldale Boys
Hayden has been the leading goal scorer for the Hornets every year since he was a freshman. Right now, he is on track to potentially have over 100 goals in four years. He was a co-captain of the team last season and a leader on and off the field.
Gabby Dover – Hilldale Girls
Dover is a senior on this year’s team and plays forward/midfield. She is a solid soccer player that will have an impact on the field.
Cruz Colina – Muskogee Boys
Cruz has put in the work and has put himself in a key position to be an important player for the Roughers this season.
Mia Gonzales – Muskogee Girls
For the Lady Roughers, Gonzales is a great player and teammate and should have a big year.
Jayson Cantrell – Wagoner Boys
Jayson is a very talented player and gifted at winning the ball in challenging places. One of the things that sets Jayson apart is his coachability. He has a natural ability to problem-solve in game situations and creates opportunities for his teammates.
Kloe Vunetich – Wagoner Girls
Vunetich is a four-year starter. She is a defender who can also play midfield. She is a good all-around player who is very soccer savvy. She has played competitive soccer for at least five years. She came back last year from a torn ACL and had a very successful return.
