STIGLER PANTHERS
Coach: Chris Parker
Last Year: 11-13
Stigler enters the 2025-26 season with just one returning start but will fill the lineup with several players who gained valuable game time experience off the bench last year. Two-year starter Cade Parker (6-3, Sr.) a VYPE Top 100 nominee will lead the charge with expectations to bolster his productivity after averaging 13.4 points per game thanks to a 42 percent touch from beyond the 3-point line while averaging 56-percent overall shooting the basketball. An aggressive competitor, Parker will be joined on the floor by point guard Jaxon Johnson (5-9, Jr.) who averaged 12-minutes plus per game last season and has the ability to score from all three levels. Head coach Chris Parker’s lineup gets another shot in the arm of support from the strength and playmaking skills of Graham Easttom (6-0, So.) who was a starter as a freshman last year at Elk City before the family moved to Stigler. Gavyn Jones (6-3, Sr.) who averaged 14 minutes a game last year will provide strength to the inside efforts to win the rebound battles and score around the basket while Morgan Peery (5-7, Sr.) should provide another 3-point threat from the perimeter in the Panthers uptempo style of play. Depth will be a plus for the Panthers to bolster the team’s ability to defend as well as score with Michael Bills (6-1, Sr.) joining Dalton Wilkett (6-5, Jr.), Joseph Roach (6-2, Jr.), Landon Blizzard (6-1, Jr.), Kaden Ross (6-0, So.), Ayden Bray (5-9, So.), Roper Benard (5-5, So.), Braxton Dill (5-8, So.), Brylar Honeycutt (6-2, So.) and Bryer Mayhall (5-7, So.).
“By most standards we’re a young team with only one starter returning,” said Parker who enters his fifth season as the Panthers head coach. “I expect that with the game minutes of experience gained by several others, we have a solid foundation to build upon throughout the year.”
